The recipes themselves are not stored on this website, but treatments are generated from their data.

However, when the Aira systems have the recipe in digital format, by entering the treatment file, you will find a link to download it in the section for prescription data.

In the Invoices menu there are three different entries where you can find:

• Purchase invoices

• Invoices for the sale of milk

• Other sales invoices, for example, livestock, garden products, etc.

Within each of the options, the latest invoices are shown by default, but you can use the Load more button or use the search engine to view previous invoices. They are available from 2018 onwards.

Invoices have a button to be able to download the associated PDF document. Older invoices may not be available for download.

It is also possible that very recent invoices may not be available for download. This issue should be resolved within a few hours. If after this the problem persists, use the contact top menú to tell us which invoices are not available for download.

Once you have logged in, after clicking on the name, you will be able to access the section My Account.

In this section, you can view information about assigned advisors, our contact information, and access various documents that the cooperative makes available to you.

En socios.aira.es puede consultar los pedidos de pienso a fábrica existentes, y puede hacer pedidos nuevos.

Dispone de dos menús diferentes.

Pedidos pendientes:

• Puede ver los pedidos que tiene pendientes de entregar

• Puede hacer un nuevo pedido en base a los artículos consumidos en los últimos meses

Pedidos entregados:

• Puede ver los pedidos ya entregados

• Puede facer un nuevo pedido, duplicando uno existente

Ante cualquier duda o problema puede usar el menú de contacto para reportar el problema.

Este método para hacer pedidos no substituye a los anteriores, sino que es complementario, por lo que ante cualquier problema puede hacer el pedido por el método habitual (teléfono, WhatsApp, ...).

Dentro do sito web de socios mediante o menú de aplicación móbil pode acceder as instruccions de instalación.

El sitio web de socios no es ni tiene aplicación móvil. Non obstante, puede instalarla en cualquier dispositivo (tablet, móvil u ordenador) como si fuese una aplicación nativa del sistema debido a que está hecha con tecnología WPA (Aplicación Web Progresiva).

Mientras navega por el sitio web de socios, el propio navegador le debería proponer la instalación de la app de socios de forma automática. Sin embargo si este no fuese el caso, no importa, puede instalarla igualmente de forma manual de dos formas, dependiendo si lo hace desde un ordenador u outro dispositivo (móvil o tablet):

• En ordenador: Pulse el icono (un pc con flecha para abajo) de la barra superior en el lado derecho
  
  

• En otros dispositivos: Pulse el icono de configuración (Tres puntos). Ir a guardar y compartir. Allí ya aparece la opción de: Instalar WPA Socios Aira

Yes. The book includes all the treatments started, that is, with a covered treatment start date.

If at the time the book is generated there are unfinished treatments, they will appear in the book with the completion date covered with NO. When these treatments are finished, when the book is regenerated, they will already appear with their completion date in it.

It is important to take into account that in the end all the treatments must be finished in the book, since they all end at some point and that it will be necessary to generate the book again so that they can be transferred with their completion date.

The treatments book page let you to manage a Veterinary Treatment Book Register according by actual law. You can make this electronic system compatible with the books you have already physically printed without any problem to keep, together with the copy of the recipes, at the disposal of the competent authorities in livestock matters, for at least 5 years

Treatments Books are generated always by natural year for all valid treatments of selected year but not automatically. You have to click on generate button for wished year then you can download too

Valid Treatments are all of not archived that year with state different of prescribed. You do not worry about to complishe all the natural year because you can start a year in March or get the treatment book in October for example

Each time a treatments book is generated then the treatments book will be marked as today printed but all their treatments just only first time

You must go to the list of treatments through the Treatments menu. There, a warning message will appear to establish the start date and a button to access the form.

Use the button to access the form and set the start date.

The day after establishing the start date, treatments with prescriptions that have the same date or one after the established one will begin to be available.

Once the start date has been established and the first treatments are generated, each day, the new recipes that exist from the last saved treatment will continue to be searched for to generate new treatments automatically.

Los tratamientos se crean diariamente de forma automática a partir de los datos de las recetas existentes en nuestros sistemas para facilitar y reducir la introducción de datos.

Los nombres de los tratamientos son generados automáticamente a partir del diagnóstico y el número de la receta para facilitar la comprensión del tratamiento y su búsqueda.

Si dispone de una receta y no encuentra el tratamiento para ella es porque no está en nuestros sistemas y por tanto, no se puede crear un tratamiento de forma automática. Tendrá que crearlo manualmente.

Los datos de las recetas se obtienen de diferentes orígenes y dependiendo del mismo, varían los datos que contienen. Los orígenes son:

• Dispensados electrónicamente en nuestro sistema eVet: Disponemos de todos los datos
• Dispensados en un sistema externo y comprados en un centro dispensador de la cooperativa: Pueden faltar datos como el diagnóstico y/o la indicación que deberán ser cubiertos manualmente
• Dispensados en un sistema externo y NO comprados en un centro dispensador de la cooperativa: NO disponemos de ningún dato. Deben crearse manualmente el tratamiento
• Tratamientos especiales (Ej: Lengua Azul): Tendrá que crearlo manualmente acorde a la info dejada por el veterinario
• ¿Como registrar un tratamiento para el que no se ha emitido receta?

En el listado de tratamientos puede:

• Buscar, ordenar, filtrar, cambiar el tipo de vista y la cantidad de resultados a mostrar
• Puede usar el paginador para moverse entre la selección realizada

En todos los tipos de vista se le mostrarán siempre los datos más importantes para ver todo de un solo vistazo:

• Pulse en el nombre del tratamiento para verlo y obtener todo el detalle del mismo
• En la vista detalle del tratamiento puede desplazarse hacia abajo y escoger entre los botones para editarlo o crear uno nuevo

Los tratamientos se trasladan de forma automática al libro digital que les corresponda cada vez que se genera un libro:

• Los tratamientos se trasladan al libro ordenados por fecha de receta ascendente y dentro de la misma fecha, por número de receta de forma ascendente también
• Al generar un libro, se trasladan al mismo todos los tratamientos que pertenezcan a dicho libro, tengan o no establecidas las fechas de inicio y fin
• Los tratamientos que se encuentran en un libro digital ya impreso no se deberían modificar. Si lo hace, deberá volver a generar el libro para que se trasladen los cambios y eliminar las copias impresas del mismo
• Por favor, vea nuestra pregunta frecuente ¿Cómo funcionan o se usan los libros de tratamientos? si necesita comprender como funciona

Puede descartar tratamientos porque no hayan sido aplicados (Ej: Si muere el animal). Estos tratamientos se trasladan al libro como no aplicados.

También es posible eliminar un tratamiento (Ej: Que se haya puesto mal el REGA en la receta y no sea suyo) pero luego no va a poder recuperarlo, en dicho caso, solicite recuperarlo usando el menú superior de contacto o por correo soporte@aira.es

Consejo:

• Solicite a su veterinario que le emita las recetas por nuestro sistema eVet tanto si trabaja para la cooperativa como si es externo
• La cooperativa ofrece a cualquier veterinario que preste servicios a un socio o cliente, el poder usar nuestro sistema eVet sin coste
• Los veterinarios externos pueden solicitar el acceso a nuestro sistema eVet enviando un correo a: soporte@aira.es

Para usted, será mucho más simple usar el libro digital, ya que dispondrá de todos los datos y solo tendrá que establecer las fechas de inicio y fin de los tratamientos

• Al entrar en el menú de tratamientos con la vista tabla, estos ya le aparecen ordenados por los pendientes de forma ascendente para ir poniendo las fechas de forma ordenada
• De esta forma, con solo entrar una vez al mes, podrá tener actualizado el libro digital de forma rápida y sencilla

The end of waiting period or suppression period for meat corresponds to the time from the end of the treatment, adding the days that the veterinarian has indicated in the prescription that are necessary for each treatment.

The end of waiting period may not appear because it does not correspond or because it does correspond, but this information is not available in the recipe associated with it. In both cases it shows on the website as: Unknown

For treatments completed with a waiting period, it will be displayed on the date on which the waiting period ends. In red if it is still in the waiting period or in green if the waiting date has already passed.

If the treatment is started, but not finished, you have to wait until the treatment is finished and the waiting end date can be calculated. They will be displayed as: Pte. End Treatment

Take into account that in the list of treatments, the waiting end date is only available for the list and grid type views, but not for the table view, since it has other functionality.

This kind of view let you edit several treatment info by certain inputs. The inputs are prefilled if exist treatment info already otherwise show empties

Each input is independent and can be modify any time calling a background process to do it. In case of error a Modal Dialog will be show with the treatment data and the corresponding error message. An error over one input not affect to any others inputs

You need to respect the input type of data if you do not want to get an error (Numeric, decimal, date, ...). Please, see ours FAQ How treatments works? if you need to understand how really works

When the medicines used in the treatment come from the veterinarian's medicine cabinet, the date of the prescription is automatically established as the start date of the treatment. It is understood that the veterinarian has already started the treatment by applying the first dose.

In the event that all the medications in the prescription have a duration of one day, the date of the prescription will also be automatically established as the end date of treatment. It is understood that either the veterinarian has already finished the treatment or it will end that day anyway.

If a treatment starts and ends automatically in this way, nothing should be done with it and the treatment book will be ready to be transferred.

These treatments are still on the website and the easiest way to find them is by ordering the treatments by end date or using the finished treatments filter.

Keep in mind that unfinished treatments also appear in the treatment book and that they should be given the date of completion where appropriate.

You must go to the list of treatments through the menu Treatments

If you get a notice that you have to set the start date, you don't have it set and you must use the existing form to set it:

If you see treatments, the start date has been set correctly.

If you do not see any treatments, you have to take into account that the treatments are generated the day after the date of the prescription:

Each treatment must correspond to a different prescription number; therefore, in the exceptional case that a treatment for which a prescription has not been issued (as we know is the case for blue tongue) needs to be recorded in the book, it will have to create one manually.

Because the prescription number cannot be repeated, and is a mandatory field, the recommendation is to use a pattern that indicates the diagnosis and the date, e.g:

• Num. Recipe: 02012025
• Diagnosis: Blue Tongue

With this method:

• To search for all blue tongue treatments, just enter blue tongue in the search engine
• To search for a treatment from January 2, 2025, just enter 02012025 in the search engine

It is possible if you are searching for a not existing treatment. Make sure it exist. You can use the recipe number to find it.

Also it is possible you are trying to find an archived treatment then sorry about that. It is no possible to recover it by yourself, please, request to recovery it using the contact top menu or by email soporte@aira.es

It is possible if you are starting right now and/or get your first recipe just today. Then do not worry, tomorrow will be automatically here for you.

Also it is possible that the recipe data do not exist in our systems then you can create new one manually. Please, see ours FAQ How treatments works? if you need to understand how really works

A treatment cannot be deleted but can be archived. In this case, it will disappear from the website but still remains in our databases and can be restored

It is possible archived a treatment (Maybe because it was not applied) but it is no possible to recover it by yourself, in that case, request to recovery it using the contact top menu or by email soporte@aira.es

To archive a treatment you need to search it, go for detail view, click on edit button, check the the mark to archive and click on save button
